November... And I thought this was going to be short. Its not, Seriously... Like I wonder if there is a guiness record for longest blog...

I have had this post ready since Jan.... I don't know why it took me till April to post.... Yes, I know I am not even fashionably late posting this.... But still, here it is...

So after our incredibly busy October we slowed down a bit in November...

First of all, we got a new camera and took our very first picture....

November started with Braxten's first parent teacher conference, which is crazy to think because just 7 years ago my parents where still going to my parent teacher conferences... Anyway, So I walk in and I was so nervous it wasn't even funny, Why? I have no clue, Braxten has done wonderful in school and I don't know why I would be, but I was. I told the teacher that and she laughed (I am pretty sure with me and not at me), so that helped ease my nervousness. We had a great talk and she praised Braxten so what more can I ask for, although she did tell me that he is talkative and needs to use his time a little better. But really, its his first year in school and he still does good and has been working on it, So that is good!!

Next up we had family pictures...

What next in November? Oh yeah... I am a crazy Twilight fanatic, I went to the midnight release. I am not embarrassed to say it. I had a blast. Loved it...

Next up I broke my no Christmas before Thanksgiving rule and we went and saw Forgotten Carols. or the Forgotten Carols, whatever its called. LOVED it!! It was so good, so awesome, such a good message... But I was disappointed because they had a lady there doing sign language... NO I am not that cold hearted that I believe they shouldn't have someone there for the hearing impaired, I just can't watch what is going on, on stage if there is someone doing sign language. I have to, HAVE to watch the person doing the sign language, I don't know why and it drives me crazy but I do... Anyway. Loved it, hope it comes back again next year!!!

I was able to go help Braxten's class with their Thanksgiving Feast. and Holy Cow was it a Feast! There was so much food there I have no clue what they where going to do with it all. they made Indian headbands and pilgrim hats and got to decide which they wanted to be during their feast... It was so fun!

Next up, Thanksgiving... The night before Thanksgiving we had a pink eye scare where we thought all 3 of our boys had pink eye. So I called our family doctor and got them to call in a prescription for us and we were able to get it before the pharmacy closed... phew... anyway, there was not pink eye to be had in our house, so that was good.
This was the first time ever that I was in charge of half of the entire Thanksgiving... I know that may not sound that big of a deal, but the whole meal was on me and Mistie, which of course I stress when I am making just one dish or two, so co-hosting Thanksgiving dinner was a big deal. Kyle got up early in the morning and went and played the early morning football game with Mistie's family. While me and Mistie stayed home and made Thanksgiving dinner for both of our families and Kyle and Aaron's parents... I wanted to get pics of the food because thats always fun, but apparently they wanted to eat the food and not take pictures of it, But really, I just forgot to take pics! Anyway, it was a really fun day, with really fun food. and I was able to sit back and think about how Thankful I am for my life, all that I have, the wonderful people that I am constantly surrounded by, everyday I feel like the luckiest person ever... Here are some pics of our day!

Compliments of Aaron...

The day just wore everyone out...

Everyone...
The day after Thanksgiving we are not one of those black Friday shoppers, Our tradition is to go to get our Christmas tree and get it all set up...

We usually decorate it and get it perfect, but we had tickets to the BSU vs. Fresno game

Gannon trying to look for my parents on the other side of the stadium

We of course won and it was the last season game so they were going to present the WAC trophy to the team, we had 50-yard line front row seats and me and Kyle just sat there and watched everyone storm the field...

And I saw that no one was being too rowdy or rough so I looked and Kyle and was like why aren't we down there? And Bam. We were on the field...

We were at one point almost right next to the trophy, but this is as good of a picture as we could get...

And we got to see Ian Johnson....

It was a really fun night and the boys seemed to have a lot of fun too!
The next day was the Holiday parade, so we got bundled up, got some hot chocolate and watched the parade...

Than we decorated the tree that night... I took out the lights and one of the strings was out. That gave me the perfect excuse to run to the store and buy all new tree decorations, I know Kyle loved that :) I was also able to grab a pumpkin pie and spill it all over the bottom of the cart.. It was funny, and Braxten's reaction was "Mom, did that really just happen?" Why Braxten? "I just can't believe that really just happened." Than we decorated the tree in red and white.... Which with another trip to the store ended up being red, white and green.

The next day we went to the festival of trees, which is always our tradition, I love going there and that is where the boys get to see Santa... Because I mean look, he is the real Santa, not a mall Santa...

Yes Jackson is putting Santa's hat in his mouth, he almost it off like 5 times!!

The boys with their cousin Ashlyn

While waiting in line to see Santa the boys got to try on some headbands..
Jackson lounged...

Gannon found his favorite tree EVER... Mickey Mouse!!

Afterwards they got to color an ornament, write a letter to Santa and get tattoos...

Other things we were up to in November...

Braxten became Wal-Mart Man!!!

Yes, He made the costume himself.

Forts were made...

Braxten took pictures...

Cutest thing that Jackson has already grown out of :( When he was carrying something and needed to crawl he would stick it in his mouth like a dog and crawl around with it, we couldn't get a good picture because the kid won't still but I love it and am so sad he doesn't do it anymore!!

The boys got new hats that a lady at my work made....

Just an awesome picture of the moon that I apparently wanted to post...

The boys got a hold of a sticker book that HAD 500 stickers in it...

They were all over the floor and dresser too...

The boys ate their Halloween candy WAY too fast...

And Jackson tried on part of Gannon's costume

We took a bunch of pictures of happy

Sad,

Mad,

And indifferent children...

And then we rested up for a busy December
